I am certified in Labor with a specialization in VBAC Births and I am a certified Postpartum + Infant Care Doula. I completed the Spinning Babies workshop in 2021. I am always looking to find ways to expand my knowledge in the birth world.
I am a single mother of two strong daughters named Hera and Amara. They keep me grounded with their fierce love while simultaneously keeping me on my toes. They are continually growing, shifting and adapting to the world around them.
When I’m not doula-ing or mom-ing, you can find me enjoying a latte at a local coffee shop, gardening, finding a new trail to explore on my bike or enjoying nature in my hammock.
